The Apex Swing 4-Bike Hitch Rack is a combination of convenience, security and revolutionary features like the swing-away design and cradles with Road Dampening Technology (RDT) make the Apex the most complete hitch rack on the market. The swing-away feature allows a fully loaded rack to swing out of the way for access to the rear of the vehicle.
